Withdrawal of the customer as consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions to where the consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that neither their independent predominantly commercial nor their professional activity can be attributed to:

- Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us

by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not required. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we have sent you all the payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs that result from giving you a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we have chosen), repay immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice of cancellation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. If you have requested that the services be commenced during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount equal to the proportion of you up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, services already provided compared to the total volume of services provided for in the contract.
